Service provider

The service is provided by Jameela.id (https://jameela.id). Contact: support form.

The service

Jameela is an AI meeting recorder. The bot joins Google Meet, records the meeting, and creates a transcript, a summary, and action items. You can also connect Jameela to AI clients through MCP.

Today access is by invitation, plus a public demo account. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice.

Account

• You sign in with a Google account. Keep your account and personal tokens safe.
• You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Jameela is not for children under 18.
• The demo account and all its data are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Recording meetings

You are responsible for making sure meeting participants know about and agree to the recording, as the law that applies to you requires.

• The bot sends one chat message in the meeting to say that the meeting is recorded.
• Send the bot only to meetings you have the right to record.
• Stop the bot at any time from the app, or with the stop_bot tool.

Your data

Recordings, transcripts, summaries, and action items stay yours. You give us permission to process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• use Jameela to record people without the right or permission;
• upload or process unlawful content;
• disrupt, overload, or try to break into the service;
• share your access tokens with other people;
• use the service to build a copycat service.

AI output

Transcripts, summaries, and action items are made by AI and can be wrong. Check the results before you rely on them for important decisions.

Third-party services

Jameela uses third parties (for example Google, Cloudflare, and Groq) and can connect to the AI clients you choose. Those parties have their own terms and policies.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of interruption.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time: delete your meetings, disconnect your calendar, and revoke access in Settings, or ask us to close your account through thesupport form. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Limit of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Jameela.id is not liable for indirect loss that comes from using the service, including errors in AI output.

Changes to these terms

These terms are effective from November 4, 2026. If we change them, the new version and its effective date appear on this page.
